Common questions (all apps)

My progress disappeared / I got a new phone

Most of our apps save data locally on each device. If you signed into Game Center, your high score is preserved on your Game Center account. Other state (coins, drawings, dolls, etc.) is device-local for now — iCloud sync is on the roadmap for a future update.

My subscription is showing as inactive

Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. If still missing, check iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to confirm the subscription is active.

I want to cancel a subscription

iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → pick the app → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Apple handles all refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase.

The app crashed

Crashes are auto-reported to us anonymously via Sentry — we'll see it and fix it. If it keeps happening, email us with your iPhone or iPad model and what you were doing when it happened.

App-specific help

Olympus Run

How do I unlock more heroes? Open Loadout → Heroes to see the four heroes and their unlock prices. Earn coins by playing or choose optional purchases in the Shop.

What are Vault Crates? Shop Vault Crates award the fixed coin amount shown before purchase. They are different from the free daily reward chest.

How do ads and VIP work? Rewarded videos are optional. VIP removes rewarded ads and includes 50% off coin-priced items, 150 daily coins to claim, double run coins, an extra revive and double Olympus Trials XP. Monthly and yearly VIP renew automatically; Lifetime is a one-time purchase.

How does the friend challenge work? Tap CHALLENGE A FRIEND on the home screen → choose Messages / WhatsApp / etc. → your friend gets a link with your score. They tap it → app opens with a "Beat 12,345!" banner → they play.

The Game Center sign-in keeps appearing. Tap "Cancel" — the game still works. To opt back in, go to Settings → Friends Leaderboard.

WordQuest

The voice isn't working. Make sure your device isn't on silent and that "Edward" voice is downloaded. iOS may need to download the voice the first time you use it (Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → English).

The words are too easy / too hard. WordQuest adapts difficulty based on your spelling accuracy. After 5–10 puzzles it should match your level. If it doesn't, restart the app to recalibrate.

AnyDraw

My drawing disappeared. Drawings auto-save to your device's photo library. Check Photos → Albums → AnyDraw.

The AI outlines won't generate. AI outline generation requires an internet connection. Without it, you can still draw freely with the manual tools.

Starlet

I can't see my saved outfits. Saved outfits live in the Wardrobe section. Tap the closet icon on the home screen.

MoneySavr

My bank statement won't parse. MoneySavr supports most major bank PDF and CSV formats. If your statement isn't recognised, email us with the bank name (no need to attach the statement) and we'll add support.

Are my bank details safe? Yes — statements are processed in real-time and immediately discarded. Nothing is stored on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

  • Which app
