This policy applies specifically to Olympus Run, published by Vulcan Forged Ltd under the Brightbox Studio label. It replaces the general Brightbox policy for this game.
Information used by the game
- Local progress: coins, heroes, equipment, cosmetics, settings, display name and run progress are saved on your device. An in-app reset clears gameplay progress; it does not cancel subscriptions or delete records held by service providers.
- Purchases: Apple processes payments. RevenueCat receives purchase and receipt information and a generated app-user identifier to validate purchases, restore eligible purchases, provide VIP benefits and report purchase performance. We do not receive your card details.
- Product analytics: we send gameplay and interface events, app version, build, platform, experiment assignment and a persistent, randomly generated installation identifier to our Supabase-hosted analytics service. This helps us understand progression, purchase flows, rewards and errors. This identifier is pseudonymous, not a name or email address.
- Diagnostics: Sentry receives crash and error reports, session information, app version, operating system and device information to help diagnose faults. Automatic screenshots and view-hierarchy capture are disabled.
- Game Center: if you choose to sign in, Apple handles your Game Center identity, scores, achievements and leaderboards. Information you share through a friend-challenge link is visible to its recipients.
- Support: if you send an issue report, we receive your message, email address and any diagnostics or attachments you choose to include.
Optional rewarded ads and your choices
Olympus Run uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded videos, such as a revive or extra coins. VIP players do not receive these ads. Ad requests are configured as non-personalised; that does not mean that no data is processed.
Google's advertising SDK may process IP addresses (including to estimate general location), app or device identifiers, ad impressions, interactions, diagnostic information and performance data for advertising delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. The app does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier or permission for cross-app tracking.
Google's User Messaging Platform checks the applicable privacy requirements before advertising is enabled. Where required, a privacy message lets you make a choice. You can revisit applicable choices in Settings → Ad Privacy Choices. If a required consent check cannot be completed, optional ads may be unavailable; the game remains playable. Refusing an optional ad does not prevent you from starting a run.
Services we use
- Apple: purchases, subscriptions, optional Game Center and platform services.

- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform: rewarded advertising and regional privacy choices. See also how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

- Supabase: hosting our product analytics.

Use, retention and international processing
We use this information to operate and improve the game, provide purchases and optional rewards, investigate faults, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Where consent is required, we request it. Other processing supports the service you use, our legitimate interests in maintaining it, or legal obligations. Service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable privacy and data-protection arrangements.
Local gameplay data stays on the device until it is reset or removed. Purchase records, analytics, diagnostics and support records are retained as needed for their stated purposes, provider retention settings, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. Deleting the app does not automatically delete information previously sent to service providers or cancel an Apple subscription.
Your privacy choices and requests
- Use Settings → Ad Privacy Choices when available to review advertising consent.
- Use the game's reset option to clear local progress, or delete the app to remove its local data.
- Manage subscriptions through iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Manage Game Center and notification permissions through iOS Settings.
- Contact us for access, correction, deletion or other applicable data-protection rights. Include “Olympus Run” and enough information to locate the relevant record; we may need further verification. Some anonymous or pseudonymous records may not be identifiable from an email address alone.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, receive a copy of your data, withdraw consent or complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not change processing that already occurred lawfully.
Children
Olympus Run is a general-audience game and is not submitted to Apple's Kids Category. Parents can use Apple's Screen Time controls to manage purchases and app access. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
